Your choice to get married is one of the most important decisions of your whole life. To help you fully prepare to live out your vocation as husband and wife, the Church requires that you participate in a marriage preparation program. These programs are designed to help you prepare for the Sacrament of Matrimony and to introduce you to the beauty and richness of the Church's teachings on marriage and the family.
It is recommended that you meet with your parish priest at least six months prior to your marriage date. Do not set a firm date for your wedding until after this initial meeting.

Catholic Engaged Encounter
Engaged Couples can view the CEE program website and
register at www.ceeeast.org - Online (Virtual) & in-person
sessions are available.
Catholic Engaged Encounter (CEE) provides quality
preparation for marriage presented in a prayerful
atmosphere. The weekend is Catholic in thought, morality,
ritual and expression.
It gives couples the opportunity to discover the deep
meaning of the Sacrament of Marriage within the Catholic
Church. We offer couples a unique experience which
focuses strongly on fostering good communication in
marriage and the importance of God in their relationship. We
solidly support Church teaching in all areas.
